Maritime Management attended the MV Kilquade in the port of Wicklow to undertake a condition survey on the request of Mr. C.G. Pijpers & Mrs. I.E. Pijpers-Brouwer.
The vessel is a steel 23m fleet tender type vessel known as an RN Clovelly Class Fleet Tender, built in the late 1960s.
The vessel had been working up to the date of this survey. The vessel was seen alongside in the port of Wicklow, Republic of Ireland.
The vessel was taken on a sea trial which consisted of about a one hour passage in order to monitor engine parameters, performance and steering gear.
Part of the survey was a survey of each part of the vessel, and following this, the vessel was then lifted out of the water and the underwater parts of the vessel inspected.
All surveys carried out by Maritime Management are all carried out to the relevant applicable local, national and international regulations by highly experienced and qualified personnel.
